AMENDMENT
Amendment can be made at no extra cost if there is availability for new requested dates / rooms, must be notified asap and no later than 24h before check in date.

CANCELLATION
Cancel over 7 days before arrival : No charge
From 6 to 3 days before arrival : 25 % charge
From 2 to 0 days before arrival : 50 % charge
No Show : 100 % charge

BAR | RESTAURANT
Reservation is recommended as our Restaurant is on a made-to-order basis to guarantee you the freshest and tastiest dishes.

BIKES | SPORTS
The Resort has adults bikes for guests to use for free during their stay.
Please bring bikes and sports equipment for children. More information on activities

CAR PARK
Guests have complimentary access to our parking space for car, bike, motorbike.
Car park gates are closed from 10 pm to 7 am; please notify Reception outside of advised hours.

CHILDREN GUEST
Families and children are very welcome at La Ferme du Colvert.
Children have most fun in the Resort, playing with pets, discovering regular or unique farm animals as well as diversified fauna and flora. Parents and children also enjoy their time at the pool or playing sports in and around La Ferme du Colvert countryside.

For babies under 2 years old, we recommend that parents bring food and drinks.
A baby cot in room or baby chair in restaurant can be arranged according to availability; please notify us in advance.
Baby-sitting or play sessions may be arranged when notified in advance.
Parents/accompanying adults are responsible for the children at all time.

CHILDREN RATES
Triple / Family Room : 2 doubles beds or 1 double bed and 1 single bed
Occupancy : 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old

Under 2 years old: free of charge; use existing bedding
2 to 5 years old: 50% of adult rate; use existing bedding
6 to 11 years old: 70% of adult rate; use existing bedding
From 12 years old: adult rate

DURING YOUR STAY
You are welcome to ask Reception for local information, traveling tips or reservations.
Our goal is for guests to have the best experience while staying at La Ferme du Colvert.
If there is something you need or feel is not right, please let us know right away and we will do our best to accommodate you.

EXTRA GUEST
Depending on the room, one extra guest can be allowed (surcharge) and using existing bedding.

ENVIRONMENT / DEVICE FREE ROOMS
Following our environmental approach, we do not equip rooms with electronic devices.
Help us save energy by closing windows when using air conditioning, using water and disposing of garbage sensibly, switching off lights and devices when leaving the room.

LATE NIGHT
Being part of a village land, kindly keep night disturbance at minimum. After 10pm, please use discretion as not to inconvenience other guests.

LAUNDRY
Laundry and ironing services are available, please ask Reception.

PAYMENT and BOOKING GUARANTEE
Booking confirmation and invoice and payment details is sent shortly after guests’ confirmation.
Please note a booking is not guaranteed until payment is made.

PETS
Regular harmless pets are welcome at the Resort ; pet rate is 5 usd/pet/night.
Pets are under owner’s responsibility, must not inconvenience other guests, must be kept off all furniture, any damage will be billed to guest charge.
Pet must be notified to Reception at check in or may be denied access.
Please bring adequate food and equipment for pet(s).

SMOKING
The Resort’s premises are non-smoking except for the designated smoking area at centre. For guests and staff’s comfort, strictly no smoking in rooms (fine may apply).Note: La Ferme du Colvert strictly prohibits possession of substances, items or possessions ruled illegal by Vietnamese law and cannot be held responsible for guests’ offences.

SWIMMING POOL and Facilities
Guests have free access to the Resort’s Desjoyaux-built outdoor swimming pool from 7 am to 7 pm. Showers and changing cabin are located outside by the pool.

Children under 16 years old cannot be in pool area without parent or accompanying adult.

La Ferme du Colvert reserves the right to deny access to all or some guests during or outside of advised hours to facilities if guests’ safety or comfort is at risk. We strongly advise guests against swimming after drinking alcohol or alone at night.

SOUVENIR SHOP
Housekeepers will check rooms at check in and check out. Please ask us if you wish to buy an item or souvenirs, shop and price list are available at Reception.
